Principle

This website is deliberately designed to minimise the processing of personal data.

The current HRA V2 website does not use analytics, advertising networks, social-media pixels, externally loaded web fonts or behavioural tracking.

No personal data is sold.

Access to the website / Server logs

When this website is accessed, technical connection data may necessarily be processed by the infrastructure used to deliver and secure the website.

This may include the IP address, date and time of access, requested resource, browser or user-agent information, referrer information and technical status information.

Processing is carried out for the technical delivery, stability and security of the website.

Legal basis, where applicable: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interests in providing and securing the website.

Technical access data is retained only for as long as required for operation, troubleshooting and security, unless a security event requires longer preservation.

Cookies and local tracking

The current static HRA V2 website does not set tracking or advertising cookies.

No consent banner is used because the current public website does not intentionally deploy optional tracking technologies requiring consent.

Contact by e-mail

If you contact us by e-mail, the information contained in your message is processed for the purpose of answering and handling your request.

Depending on the nature of the request, processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR or, where communication concerns a contractual or pre-contractual relationship, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.

Correspondence is retained only for as long as necessary for the relevant communication or applicable legal obligations.

Links to external websites do not transmit personal data to those services merely because the link is displayed.

If you follow an external link, the privacy rules of the destination provider apply.

Infrastructure / Hosting

The domain uses Cloudflare for DNS services. The public web records for beyond-a-i.org and www.beyond-a-i.org are currently configured as DNS-only. Website traffic is therefore delivered directly to the origin server rather than through Cloudflare's HTTP reverse proxy.

The origin server uses infrastructure operated by Hetzner Online GmbH.

When the website is accessed, technical connection data may be processed by the origin infrastructure as necessary to deliver, secure and troubleshoot the website. This may include IP address, request time, requested resource, browser or user-agent information and technical status data.

E-mail for the domain is provided through separate IONOS mail infrastructure.

HRA V2 does not intentionally use behavioural analytics, advertising tracking or third-party marketing pixels.
