Why this exists
HRA does not begin with continuity, memory, or attachment. It begins with the conditions under which a space may act at all.
Not everything that can be remembered should become a room. Constitution comes before continuity.

- HRA is architecture, not persona.
- Kai is interface, not agent authority.
- Nodes are constituted spaces, not characters.
- The name gains legitimacy through protocol, not through hype.
- Public structure is not weakness. It is a condition for trust.
